We take the details for the design contract. The client pays a 50% advance on the design fee.

Site survey & concept

Site survey & concept

We survey the site and agree the layout plan with the client, then stay in touch online while the concept takes shape.

3D sign-off at the studio

3D sign-off at the studio

We invite the client to the studio to sign off the final 3D scheme. Clients who sign off online pay the remaining 50% of the design fee, refunded when the construction contract is signed.

Technical breakdown

We break the design down into technical details and item quantities for the sales team to price.

We prepare the construction estimate and send it to the client, who can balance it by adding or removing items.

Construction

Construction

The client signs the construction contract with a 70% advance. The architect in charge of the build confirms the schedule and materials with the client.

Inspection & handover

Inspection & handover

We inspect every item together with the client before handing the project over.

Maintenance & warranty

Maintenance & warranty

After handover, the customer care hotline handles maintenance and warranty.
